My Aerocicino doesn't work anymore

My Aeroccino stoped working. The last time I've tried to use it, when I press the button it do not react, the light doesn't turn on. How can I figure out if the problem is with the base or with the aeroccino itself?

Any help is appreciated.

It could actually be a problem with the contacts at the base. It's really difficult to get them back into the right shape. I don't know if the base can be opened. Maybe you can find someone who has one to test? Or get a used one?

The base of the Aerocino has 3 screws near the margin and another one in the center. I've tried to take photos of them, but it was difficult. The photos are attached to this message.Base 02Base 01
