Hi @khalid52225

Do you feel/hear the vibrate motor when you first turn on the phone from a turned off (powered off) condition?

If it doesn't work:

a). Dial the test menu code and check if the vibration test works OK.

If it still doesn't work

Replace the vibrate motor. Here's a video that may help. At 3.00 minutes into the video the vibrate motor can be seen being removed. Search online for GH31-00782A to find suppliers that suit you best.

If it does work:

a). Check that the vibrate settings are turned on.

Go to Settings → Sounds and Vibration → Sound mode and Vibrate while ringing

b). Start the phone in safe mode and check if the vibrate works OK when a call is received.

If it works OK in safe mode then a downloaded app may be the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the phone in normal mode to see if ti works OK. When it does then the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed and wasn't already pre-installed on the phone.
