How to my phone was on the to reboot, but it still have the Apple sign on it and the line that is downloading is halfway. What should I do?

Hi Maurice Robinson
Try the "Recover" option if you're stuck on the apple update, Get a cable and connect your iphone with your computer then go to itunes on an older mac or finder on a newer mac or alternatively if you have a windows download itunes from the apple website and open it, then boot your phone into recovery mode and upload your phone's data before you start then click "Recover" and wait for it to finish.
