I tried to force restart and followed How to Force Restart an iPhone 6s, but mine is not still working out,is still not charging am just tired.is it a bad thing for a phone to get off and when plug it will charge why is this one behaving like this😥

can you explain this in your on language as its not making much since, first you say it doesnt charge then say when you plug it, it will charge
