Why are my airpods become dead even case is charged

My airpods become dead too quickly even i change the battery of pods two times and even case is charged

Options

Both your case and AirPods have batteries and depending on use and age they do loose there ability to hold a charge.

You should make sure the electrical contact surfaces within the case and the AirPods are clean and not damaged. You may want to get a USB power meter to monitor the charging power.
