My keyboard is not responding. How do I update my driver?

In your troubleshooting guide, it says, "An out of date keyboard driver can cause the keyboard to not respond. Update the driver manually or download an online application to update it automatically." But HOW do you update the driver manually if the keyboard is not responding?

Hello there,

If your keyboard is not responding, you can try connecting an external keyboard to the laptop or open the computer and check for the keyboard connection to the motherboard and make sure it is not loose.
