touch screen and display broken

after falling several times, the display and touch screen of the smartphone broke. Want to replace by myself. how can I do that and which tools do I need?

@costanzalo76208 Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for that, use something like this video or even this one As for the tools, something like this kit Essential Electronics Toolkit will have all the tools you need for this repair. Screens are readily available on plenty of online stores. While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do. It's easy and fun to create these guides. https://ifixit.com/Guide/new The iFixit community will appreciate this.
