@kabo75605 this is making the assumption that you have NOT tried to unlock your bootloader or tried to flash some "custom" ROM. If it is just stuck on the boot screen there are a few things you can try:

1. Long press the Power + Volume Up button to turn off the phone, then restart it.
2. Secondly, you can try to Boot into Safe Mode.
3. Press and hold the Power Button.
4. Release the Power button and hold Volume Down key.
5. Hold Volume Down until teh lock screen appears. In the left corner on the screen you should see "Safe Mode"
6. Now let go off the Volume Down key and unlock your phone as usual.

or you can:

• Press and hold the Power button until the Power off box prompt appears.
• Touch and hold Power off until the Safe mode prompt appears.
• To confirm, tap Safe mode. Check on here for the printed and pictorial instructions.
• Upgrade to the latest firmware update.
• Wipe the cache partition of the phone.
• Try to place you phone into Recovery mode. Check on here hoe to do that. In that recovery menu, try the "reboot system now" option
• Delete all of the data using Hard Reset. (Absolutely the last option)
• This will of course delete all of your data. Pictures/texts/contacts/password etc. so not something you want to do lightly. It is absolutely the last thing you want to try Huawei Ascend D2 wipe data / factory reset

As always you have to make sure that you back your files up. Any of these Options have the potential to mess with your files. Let's see if this unfreezes your phone.
