We'll need a little more detail here to help get you sorted. When you say it seems like it's connected, does it say it's connected? When you try to go to a webpage, what does it do? Is there a specific error?

@flannelist when I say it seems like connected, It seems the internet is connected and working properly, there is no sign of disconnection or the 'no internet' sign on the wifi icon but any webpage or application doesn't work at all
