I installed and batter shows as charged when I go to battery status
Battery doesn’t work but will show as charged when I go to status - how do I get help?

Let’s get a better view of things. Install this gem of an App CocnutBattery with the charger plugged in take a snapshot of the apps main window and post it here so we can see it.

It says battery is not readable
@jamesgleas85255 - Check the batteries cable for damage as well as the connector contacts. If they are all good then this batteries microcontroller is bad and you need another battery.
