I have same device Nokia C3-00 and also forget my security code I tried all possible ways to fix it out but no solution except this way\method try to find Nokia Dongle USB and then install Nokia firmware online and next step is to reflash the firmware\Nokia software ,

Connect your device through Nokia PC suite software, and select the options from Nokia Dongle or infinity device then remove or read existing code to unlock the phone after this step factory reset your device and default code is 0000
