Headset gets turned on starts to boot up graphic screen comes on for a couple of seconds and then disappears so all i see is the grainy view of the room i m in at my house. Tried factory reset and updates in the app.. stilll same resul

This happens to me when the guardian is not set or you are outside of it. Can you reset the view or bring up the menu to create a new boundary? When they released the pass-through update I had this happen to me and had to bring up the menu and turn the guardian mode back to my normal settings. This sometimes takes up to 30-45 sec to load for some reason but recent updates have mostly solved this delay for me.
