Start Up sound keeps playing with a black screen

My Macbook Pro 15" Touchbar keeps making the startup sound, even after I've tried to power off my laptop. It never gets to the apple logo, it's just a black screen. The keyboard lights were coming up for a little bit but then those stopped turn on.

It most likely needs to be DFU revived. Apple has a guide, it is quite quick, but it requires another Mac computer and a USB-C cable. The firmware on T2-equipped Macs can be corrupted easily, which can cause symptoms like this.
