The HDMI port on my monitor was forcibly removed, what now?

Hi!

I have an old monitor which belongs to an, apparently, obscure brand named Mitsai. The model is 22VLM12. The HDMI port was forcibly removed a long time ago and back then I had no experience in repairing components, so I threw the port away.

Now I wanted to fix the monitor and re-attach an HDMI port there but I have no idea what kinds of HDMI female ports are appropriate. The manual doesn't seem to say much and inspecting the board isn't helping me either, perhaps a more experienced person here could identify a part that I could order for this? Below is an image of where it should go, in CN707

@teh trick here is that you are looking for a vertical HDMI port. You can take the necessary measurement needed for a replacement, from the solder pads on your board. For example, you will need the contact to contact measure as well as the outside dimensions etc. Check the drawing here

and compare those measurements to your board. If they match, something like this will work. Otherwise check Digikey.com or Mouser.com for a port that will match your board.
