Problem with activation / SIM not visible of iPhone 13 mini

Hello, my iphone 13 mini couldn't read any SIM card. I installed the latest software. And couldn't activate the phone either. Constant message. Unable to Activate. I disassembly the phone to look for a hardware fault. With the Sim card, but everything looks perfect. I don't know , what else could be done. Any Idea?
