Why isn’t my headset charging?

My headset used to charge fine, I have been using my PS5 pulse headset recently and when I went to charge my Arctis 7P they wouldn’t charge. Any help?

@darrennor First you want to check your power supply. Make sure it has the proper voltages. Check to make sure connectors are not bend etc. After that, check the charging port. Clean it of any debris etc, use a few puffs of air to clean it out. Now you can get sophisticated and get an inline USB ammeter and check how many amps your headset pulls while trying to charge (if any). It is possible that this is a bad charging port or simply a battery, that has been discharged past the charging threshold and thus no longer accepts a charge.

While you work on your headphones, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
