Hi @zerihunabebe

Have you checked the network settings to make sure that it is set to connect to other network modes?

Go to Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks.

Try using a known working, same network SIM card from another phone to see if it works in your phone and if your SIM card works in the other phone i.e. swap SIM cards between the two phones.
