My HP Officejet6600 will not load the paper anymore.
I tried thicker paper but no luck. tried to clean rollers but can't reach very good. Can this be fixed?

Do you mean the ADF (auto document feeder) rollers, the tray pickup rollers or both?
If the ADF rollers, see p.25 of the user manual.
If the tray pickup rollers, here's a video that may help. I realize that it is not your model but the HP Officejet 6600 and 6700 series models are very similar. Cleaning the rollers starts at ~3:07 minutes into the video.
