charger on my tos communicator is not working!

i feel the charger on my tos communicator is not working! how can i tell and where do i look at to get an replacement?

Hi @marcaholmes

Have you tried connecting a different, known working micro USB cable or USB charger e.g. mobile phone charger with appropriate micro USB cable plug, to verify that it is not working.
