Xbox wont stay on/start

Xbox cant turn on from a controller, if you turn it on with the button, itll turn off after a few seconds. I have replaced the fan, power supply, thermal paste and replaced the thermal putty on all chips with thermal pads, just plugged it in again, same issue. If I turn the fan while it is booting up, itll make it to the home menu, but then shortly shuts off without warning.

It is on an open table at this point for airflow, and I have tried 5 different outlets with the same issues.
