My phone read charging but not plugged in

@ermias28132 could be a charging board error but could also be the flex cable from the charging board to the main board. worst case scenario it is an issue of the main board. I suggest you start with a new charging board and flex cable.

Since iFixit does not yet have a guide for this, use a video like this one to repair your phone. Replacement charging boards are readily available and many online stores.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit. That will help the next person that has the same problem as you do.
