What is the Bluetooth name? It’s not showing up on my phone.

I got a first generation BeatsPill from my brother. When I turn it on the ‘b’ stays lit for only a few seconds. I press the WiFi button in the back, but see no Bluetooth name show up on my phone. I pressed the ‘b’ to reset as I read from another article but still nothing comes up. I assume it’s fully charged, because it’s been charging in for seven hours.

Hi @rhondajones

Turn on the speaker and then press and hold the b button for 3 seconds and check if the Bluetooth LED starts to blink rapidly white.

If it does then check if it shows up in the BT menu of the device you wish to pair it with.

Once paired the Bluetooth LED should glow a solid white.
