Camera stops working after repair

Randomly after a repair. the camera stopped working. I followed everything perfectly and even have repaired phones in the past. I even tried to replace the camera and the shutter still wont open.

Options

Try cleaning the connection with Windex. Make sure it is completely dry when you reassemble and power on.
