Screen turning on after screen replacement

I've just replaced the screen on my iphone 11 and everything is mostly working fine except the screen is turning on about every 30 seconds. It then auto-locks just like normal and repeat.

I did lose two screws during my repair, the Y screw in the speaker sensor assembly and one of they Y screws on the battery connector bracket.

I haven't reopened the phone yet to see if anything else looks damaged. I'd like to avoid that so I don't need to replace the adhesive again.

What would you suggest doing next? Can you tell me what component my be affecting the screen this way?

Thanks

Sometimes a faulty LCD with ghosting issues can cause this. It turns on as an effect of 'thinking' the lcd was touched. I have had multiple displays doing all sorts of things by itself.

Try with another LCD - initially only connecting the LCD and not the FACEID flex. See if it turns on now. If it doesn't, try to install the flex cable as well.
