Why is my phone buzzing nonstop but wont turn on?

I've got a nokia g100 here and while i was using it, it suddenly vibrated nonstop and I panicked so I pressed the power off button. Now, the screen is just turning all blue but it's still buzzing. It's been like half an hour now.
