EPSON L3250 2 red lights and one green light on wifi direct

Hi! I have some problem with my printer. There is two red light and one green light on wifi direct. I tried to reset it on my windows but I cannot search the printer itself even though it is connected via the USB and I still cant remove the red lights.

Hoping some could help!
