Would like to change my motherboard

My msi stealth gs75 9sg graphics card died. In device manager it has a code 43 and a nvnvlddmkm blue screen error code along with a SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED blue screen error. I did everything possible including the DDU.

I want to know if I can swap my motherboard with the exact same specs and motherboard set up. On ebay there are some exact motherboard models. I wanted to know if it is safe and okay to replace my motherboard?

Model: Msi Stealth gs75 9sg

Gpu: Rtx 2080 max q

Cpu: i7 9750h

Ram: 32gb ddr4

@kentracerd38110 yes, it is absolutely okay to switch like for like. If you found a motherboard with the same specs and numbers as your, it is okay to switch it.
