LG OLED77C3AUA No clear path to turn off Energy Saving Step?

I'm trying to turn off Energy Saving mode. When I attempt, it prompts, you cannot change the settings if the Energy Saving Step is set. What is the path to turn off "Energy Saving Step" on this new 77 inch TV to change the energy saving mode?
