Once clicking the Power button, the Power Supply dies.

Once I go to turn on the Xbox, the Power Supply's light turns off, and the Xbox turns on for a split second. The Power Supply only goes back on after replugging. Any idea of what it could be?

Just to clarify, you mean the brick when you refer to the power supply?

Ehmm... Not sure how to explain this, but it's a Black Box written Xbox 360 on top, that plugs into the Xbox, and it has a little light on the corner. The Xbox One and Series X/S have that black box inside of them, so yeah. You only see it in the outside of the Xbox 360 and in one generation of the Xbox One.

It's the official power supply by the way.

I'd attempt to replace the power supply with one that you can verify works. Unfortunately iFixit doesn't supply the part, but I was able to find one for you on Amazon. Replace that part first, and hopefully that should resolve the issue.
