@lynda1479 First you want to check your power supply. Make sure it has the proper voltages. Check to make sure connectors are not bend etc. After that, check the charging port. Clean it of any debris etc, use a few puffs of air to clean it out. Check the DC-in jack of your laptop. Make sure there is no corrosion, debris etc. that prevents it from working. If none of this works, get a ammeter and see if your laptop draws any amperage from the charger.

It could also be caused by a battery that has been discharged below its threshold and was the "turned off" of the BCM. Start by replacing the battery. There is not a whole lot of information about how to even gt into your tablet. Most of the Android tablet have the back that is either secured with some small screws or are needing to gt "popped". You can always try to use a plastic opening tool like a guitar pick etc. https://www.ifixit.com/Tools/Prying_and_... tool.

Hi @lynda1479,

Try leaving the tablet on charge for 3-4 hours and see if it starts to charge.

Sometimes the battery will "kick start" back to life.

If it does start to charge, allow it to fully charge before you attempt to turn it on and use it.

When you do use it and if it appears to be working OK take note of how long the battery lasts. Do not let the battery charge fall below ~40% before recharging it again.
