Hi @sergocappuccini

Don't know Mac that well but perhaps check the condition of the battery to see what it shows.

@sergocappuccini - To add to @jayeff answer install this Gem of an App CoconutBattery take a snapshot of the apps main window and paste it here for us to see.

@sergocappuccini - The battery looks healthy enough, but the charger is not connected so we don’t know if it can take the full charge. Shut the system down an let it charge over night a good 8 hours, the do another capture and post it here again.

@danj

It can’t take full charge

As battery’s health less 100%

Regard coconut it takes 93% maximum

Upd

I d cleared emc using 4 famous buttons

Then charge it till 100%

Then not unplugged it all night

Then unplugged it and try to reach 1%

However near 30% MacBook went to sleep

I d ones more charged it as full

as it can

Mac showed 100% but coconut 93% only

Ones it reached 100% i unplugged it and went down

It went sleep mode 1% with

I d again charged till 100%

and after been unplugged it reached 1% again

Bear in my mind trouble was solved

Have no idea how long it works

Thanks guys

@sergocappuccini - Can you post another snapshot with the charger plugged in that shows both the OS info and CoconutBattery when they conflict. Make sure you give both enough time to settle in as there is a bit of a delay between the two.

by

@danj I can’t post this info cause trouble was fixed now

So I can’t catch this screens
