Is the paint you're trying to remove professionally applied paint or more like unintended paint splatter?

@brettshaddix how much paint and what areas are we talking about? Is it just some accidental spatter or more splatter:-)

I'd try paint thinner. Paint thinner itself will not harm your automotive finish but should remove the oil based paint. Just don't rub like a wild person, since that might remove the clearcoat, Make sure it is paint thinner not lacquer thinner.

Goo Gone or Goof Off usually works wonders, but you have to be cautious, as it tends to damage clearcoat and plastic. Isopropyl alcohol (or something like Goof Off sticker remover) may be safer if the mess is minor. If it damages the clearcoat, you'll also need to redo that.

As far as what I usually recommend Eastwood 2K clearcoat when durability matters, but you pay for it. Rust-Oleum makes automotive-grade clear coat as well, but it's nowhere near as good as the Eastwood product, but it is usually cheaper; however, it may not age as gracefully and will show compared to the original Toyota clearcoat.

Concur. Whatever you try using, recommend testing in an inconspicuous area first, and try the most gentle remover first as well.
