My controller won’t connect with the rail

I have a right Joy con that won’t connect with the rail. I have already disassembled it a bit and the back is removed and I can’t reinstall it because it has a stripped screw Krazy-glued to it. It also connects and disconnects on occasion. I pryed up on the charger cable board a bit and I’m wondering if that’s what caused it. If you have an answer to my question, please answer me.

could be the rail on the actual console and not the joycon that has the issue
