You should first check on the ROM maker's website if your device is in the list; I couldn't find much but if you have a wifi version there's a page on XDA forum with a custom made CM10 for your tablet and info on how to install. Also, please before moving your first steps into the phone modding ground, check this excellent guide by the forum member Sebastian that will provide details on the general procedure and tips you will definitely find useful.
