@rahmanf could be a software issue. Try a reset of your software. Remember to make sure that all of your files are backed up etc. Also, check if this happens in safe mode as well or if it stays on. To get into safe mode use this site. If none of that helps/works, I would start by replacing the battery and making sure that your charging port works, once you replace the battery.
