How do I hard reset my phone? Very * IMPORTANT * Help please.

I took a screenshot of this with my tablet. I'm trying to hard reset my Samsung phone because I forgot my pattern lock, What does this screen mean? And how do I get to the Hard Reset screen? Please.

Options

Hold Power button and volume down for 13 sec and when the phone turn off (black screen), quickly release buttons and quickly hold power button and volume up button together until you see the factory rest screen.
