Hi Poorav,
Sorry to hear about your phone. Those kind of display issues are almost always a result of the LCD or the touchscreen failing (it's not clear from your description which problem you're having), but the fix is the same either way; you're going to have to replace the screen in order to get it working again.
I'm afraid iFixit doesn't have a guide for your phone to show you how to do that repair, but luckily there's a Spanish site called Nadie Me Llama Gallina that has exactly what you need.

The screen itself is easy enough to get and is relatively inexpensive; I usually start with sites like Amazon, eBay and AliExpress depending on how quickly you need the part vs. how much you're willing to pay. Here's the first one that came up on my rather cursory search.
Note that you can buy the screen with or without the frame already attached; in general the price without the frame is marginally cheaper, but doing it with the frame is the generally recommended way, and the instructions I linked to are indeed for replacing the screen plus frame assembly. Doing the screen alone requires a different set of instructions; you can generally find those on YouTube if need be.
