Reactivating from activation lock out

I was locked out after to many failed attempts and they put an activation lock on it. How do I reactivate the phone. Do I have to use a computer. They approved the request

Typically, to reactivate your phone from an activation lock, you might need to connect it to a computer with iTunes or use iCloud if you have Find My iPhone enabled.
