I'll ask again, I have a Sonia TV. I have antenna. Jack has been broken off the back am I. Able to use the HDMI or another Jack to hook up outside antenna.

You would need to connect a pvr or set top box between the antenna and the TV i.e. TV antenna → pvr/stb → HDMI to TV.
You would then need to use the pvr/stb remote unit to change channels. Th eTV remote would be used to turn on/off the TV and volume control and any other TV settings etc if required.
The pvr/stb (example only to show what I mean) would have the digital tuner which is necessary to convert the over-the-air TV signals to a digital HDMI signal for the TV
