Parasitic battery drain 2010 Passat Komfort Wagon

I have a 2010 Passat Komfort wagon that has a parasitic battery drain caused by locking the driver side door locks. Other features that set off the drain are using any or all of the following: the radio and aux outlet, rear defroster, fresh air circulation. Whatever is causing the drain resets after I jump the car and drive for awhile. I have the best mechanics working on and maintaining the car and even they are stumped. I’ve seen some YouTube videos where this problem has occurred on VW Jettas but nothing on Passats. Has anyone else encountered this problem and found the cause? Thanks.

Answer this question I have this problem too

I guess I would start by pulling fuses and trying to trigger the problem. That might help narrow it down.

IE, pull the radio fuse, then lock the door.......etc.

Any time I've had to trace a drain like this I put an amp meter on, and pull one fuse at a time until the drain goes away. Whatever fuse does it, that's the circuit you need to check. Might have to trace the wires n visually inspect, or ohm them to make sure they aren't shorted to ground causing a drain. It's a huge pain but the only way I know to fix it.
