Extremely slow performance with BIGSUR

I have tried everything and my MacBook Pro 13" 2014 running BIG SUR 11.7.9 is running very slow. Rein stalled OS, reset NVRAM, SMC etc no difference, Took to the workshop "Buy a new one" was the response.

I have uploaded pictures of the diagnostics as requested in the image area.

What is your RAM size and what is your SSD size and how much free space does it have?
