Knocked off Resistor while plugging in battery Please Help!

While finishing up an upgrade I was plugging in the battery and I sliped and knocked off this Resistor I dont know much and dont know what to do. I displuged the battery just incase it fry's anything and did'nt turn it on either. Can the warranty fix this for me? If not I still have the Resistor I didnt lose it can I reattach it some how, if yes can some one push a video my way. Thank you in advance.

@soulsilverjd that actually looks like a capacitor :-) Anyhow, this is fairly straightforward, if you know how to solder. Simple soldering the piece back on should resolve your issues. If you do not know how to, protect this component like its a diamond. There are no schematics out for your Steam Deck. You lose that part, the solution will get more expensive and complicated. So, protect it. Get a multimeter that measures capacitance and measure the component. Then you will at least know what you got.

Anyhow, the only way to fix this, is by soldering it back on.

@soulsilverjd nope. The orientation does not matter. How about you practice on some old board and get a feel for it first :-) Best of luck to you and I am sure you'll get it fixed.
