Most likely the damage you are experiencing is in the battery or button. Try turning it on while charging, is it still the same? If so, it could be the button or the machine itself.

I work at Huawei's canter service. Coincidentally, I'm having the same problem. I've replaced the battery, but there are also cases like this where the machine has problems.
