Is adding more rams cause issue for the laptop?
can i add more ram up to 2x16gb rams instead of 2x8gb rams?

The short answer is yes.
The laptop supports up to 32GB i.e. 2 x 16GB of DDR4L-3200 PC4-25600 ram
Here's the maintenance and service guide for the laptop. Go to p.39 to view the procedure to replace the memory

There should be no problem adding memory
Just make sure the DDR and MHz match the processor's specs
