Okay, to start with, if you go to Samsung they give prices for both full screen replacement and outer glass replacement. Here's what they have to say.

Given how new the phone is, replacement screens are likely to still be pricey. Here are a couple I ran across on a cursory search.

They're not cheap, but they're both actually less expensive than the Pixel 6 Pro screen I got for my niece's broken phone a couple of months ago. Sorry to say iFixit doesn't have a screen replacement guide for your phone, but there's a Spanish site called Nadie Me Llama Gallina that has just what you need.

Total cost for you to do it yourself is just going to be whatever you spend on the screen plus any tools you need to do the job. Don't need to get fancy; an opener of some kind could be as simple as a guitar pick or a plastic playing card and a heater needn't be any more complicated than a hair dryer. You'll want a decent screwdriver though.
