When I am charging my phone Samsung A22 4g with orginal charger it take more than 8 hours to be full charge and when I am charging with redmi 33 watt charger it takes 2 hour to full charge

You answered your own question. You have a bad charger, assuming you were using the same cable. To verify, you need a plugin that shows voltage and current to your phone. They are available on AliExpress cheap.
