Why are these color lines printing on everypage?

Brand new printer... first wouldnt print any color, now it will print these color lines on everypage... and it gets even worse when you select grayscale.

Ecotank printer.. weve nozzled checked ourselves to death and ran a power clean. Software is up to date and no driver issues.

Please HELP!
