Rear lights not working with headlights on.

I spliced the rear wires together correctly. I have turn signals, brake lights, and reverse lights. When I hit my headlight switch suddenly I have absolutely no lights working in the rear (turn signals, running lights, brake lights, or reverse lights). I have replaced the switch and that doesn't work and have power to all connectors in the pigtail when a test light is put to it and can't seem to find a fuse that has went out. Could it possibly be the circuit board in the taillights? It is my daily driver so if anybody has any idea to try it would be much appreciated.
