Why is one airpod louder than the other?

They were working earlier, and they have to be re-paired to the phone. is there a way so its not a nuissance anymore and the problems are fixed?

Options

If there's low volume in one AirPod

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Audio/Visual > Balance, and make sure the balance is set in the middle.
