Stored but not used, not working

I bought this two years ago and never took it out of the box. Today I tried to use it and it doesn’t work. What’s up?

Just a guess but if it was left unused in its original plastic bagged condition, a hard failure may have occurred. If this Keurig was boxed with internal foam for cushioning and stored in a humid area, humidity can seep in and corrode internal electrical contacts. switches, connections. Maybe a few taps with your hand or slapping the sides or top can dislodge humidity created corrosion to allow it to power up. If not successful, diy disassembly may be next or a small appliance repair service.
